Energy Certificates

This application allows users to browse the energy certificates provided by EP-Online. It features daily updates of new and deleted certificates.

It lists all currently known certificates and offers basic filtering options. This can serve multiple use cases, such as:

• Comparing certificates in a specific postal code region: Since houses are often built similarly, this provides an impression of the effectiveness of improving the energy performance of your home.

• Identifying houses that have renewed their energy certificates: This is necessary when you want to put a house on sale or when you aim to potentially lower mortgage costs.
